What Application was used to create the board layout and works with the posted (MD01_03.T3001) files ??

When I open the file in the application I cannot find just the schematic . It looks like board traces and it is impossible to trace the wiring. I am having issues with the MD sensor board resistor placement. The holes on my board do not match the pictures online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Shift+F3 gets you to the pcb view.
The pics in the wiki are from the first version. I think you have the second version?
